    Project leadership for infrastructure and systems modernization: requirements, scope, vendor selection, funding justification, schedule, risk, cutover, and acceptance. Interim or fractional IT management when your organization needs a steady hand without a full-time hire. Independent assessment of an environment before you buy, migrate, or sign.

  2. Infrastructure and systems administration

    Windows and Linux server administration. Network administration and troubleshooting. Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration. Virtualization, storage, backup, and monitoring. Lifecycle planning and documentation your next administrator can work from.

  3. Government-facing IT readiness

    For organizations that sell to, are funded by, or operate alongside government. We have sat on the government side of IT requirements, funding, and acquisition, and we scope work so that it is accepted, not just delivered. Requirements and statement-of-work development. Gap assessments against NIST SP 800-171 and readiness preparation for CMMC Level 2. System Security Plan, Plan of Action and Milestones, and Risk Management Framework documentation support.

Who you'll work with

Kenneth Anderson, Owner and Principal. Kenneth's background is IT project management, IT operations leadership, infrastructure and systems administration, and resource management, including years on the government side of IT requirements, funding, and acquisition. He holds the CISSP, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+ certifications.
